Hi, At the moment, Webseed is OpenGL 1.1 compatible. That means that we can't develop pixel shaders or other OGL 2.0 features. So we can't give Fresnel or refraction to Websedd without losing maximum users compatibility.
But we gonna keep hardly working on multitexturing and other "stuff"...Maybe in the future, we'll be able to simulate glass, car paint shader and so on...
